Our IT Support Services

Installations: Bespoke hardware and software installations as per the client requirements.
Maintenance: Hardware and software fixes.

A Fully Functional Workshop
We use a fully functional workshop to accommodate our engineering needs:
Restricted Area: Our workshop and parts storage area is physically separated from the reception area for security reasons; access to the workshop is restricted to approved staff only.
ESD Protection Measures: Our work benches have protection measures against electrostatic discharge to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components. This includes bench coverings and ESD bracelets that engineers wear whenever they are handling electronic components. We have testing apparatus to verify that the equipment is correctly grounded and functioning properly, with regular testing records.
Storage: Storage of parts and of units during repair is on strong shelves of adequate dimensions, with separate areas for each type of product. Units are adequately protected to avoid possible scratches or stains, easily identifiable and are not be piled up or placed in such a way that some are leaning against others or on top of others.
Lighting and Ventilation: We have a good level of natural and artificial light in the workshop area with adequate ventilation to provide fresh air and temperature control.
Space: Each engineer has a workspace of at least 6sq meters.
Work Benches: Our work benches are stable and strong, capable of supporting weight and of an appropriate height for handling the products. Worktops are lacquered or covered with a suitable protective material.
Testing Environment: The workshop has sufficient means to reproduce symptoms reported by clients.
Safety: The work area has a fully equipped first aid kit and visible posters describing essential first aid procedures, easily accessible by the technicians. The workshop has an easily accessible master switch to cut off the electric current to the entire work area in case of an emergency. Fire extinguishers for electrical fires (CO2) are located in the workshop.
